Baby June is the muscle of the Bayou Cannibals, a family of rednecks that lives in the bayou who kidnap and torment any innocent man or woman that gets lost in it. Baby June enjoys using a hatchet to chop her victims into food for her family.
When Shadowman comes to the cannibal’s home looking for Nettie, Baby June attacks him with her hatchet, and, during the struggle, her brother, Verle, accidentally kills her when he tries to shoot Shadowman.
