When Jillian Alcott fought off the introduction of his nanites, Bloodshot turned to Dr. Ricardo to save her life. Due to Project Hope and Glory, which provided Colin King and Goro Sanada with enhanced abilities, Jillian’s DNA sequence had a unique strain on its double helix, and when he accessed the Iwatsu files, Bloodshot was able to show Ricardo the strain.
Ricardo duplicated the sequence and helped transform Jillian into DeathAngel to save her life.
