In the summer of 10 B.C.E. in Ephesus, Anatolia, Kiraz bid goodbye to her husband, Aram Anni-Padda, when he had to leave her and their children after others learned about his immortality and inhuman strength. When a Centurion the Proconsul sent to find Aram so he could speak with him about his unnatural strength and long life came to Kiraz’s door, she told him that Aram was so fat and sleek that his wrinkles did not show. Feigning ignorance of Aram's abilities to keep him safe, Kiraz told the Centurion that if he ever found him he should bring him back to her so she could give him another good beating for leaving her alone with five children before he presented him to the Proconsul, then, as she flirted with him, he ran away in a panic.
