The Healers Restoration Underground's Headquarters |
The Kiru Shrine located in the Ginza Sub-level is the headquarters of the Healers Restoration Underground, a group of citizens who believe that Tohru Nakadai, the 42nd Rai, allowed Grandmother, the freewill caretaker of Japan, to leave their nation in orbit over the Earth and helped put President Shinji Tanaka and the Humanists in power.
When Japan fell into the Indian Ocean after the God-like entity called Mothergod pushed it off orbit, the impact destroyed the Kiru Shrine.
