Speedshots is a generic name given to recipients of nanites similar to those that course in the veins of Bloodshot. The Speedshots take their name from the fact that the nanites cause them to die shortly after infusion.
It is only because of his Harbinger ability to control electronics that Bloodshot avoids suffering a similar fate.
